This unique FREE program invites mothers and daughters (ages 13 and up) the opportunity to invest in their relationship in a fun, meaningful and exploratory way, both indoors and out. You will quiet the distractions of your busy lives and celebrate your collective feminine spirit. Moms can tune into their teens aspirations, inner most desires and find out what makes their teen come alive. Daughters can take a break from the barrage of social media and practice the power of the present.
You will have the opportunity to spend quality time together while engaging in activities designed for deeper bonding. Commune with nature and each other to build strong bonds. As a team, you will explore the boundaries of your yoga mat in a playful manner. We will incorporate elements of nature walking, yoga, communication, creative expression, and playfulness.
