Full Day Retreats

 

Our day retreats are the shortest of our three offerings.  It is an opportunity to learn how to turn to nature to seek insight, healing and renewal.

Why invest in yourself?

As women, we often put ourselves last, making sure that everyone around us is taken care of first, our families, our work, and our relationships.  But it leaves us depleted.  What if you took just one day, to refresh?  One day, to put yourself first? One day to say yes to you, and to invest in yourself?

Learn a different language, one in which nature speaks to your soul.  It is powerful and filled with signs, sounds, elements, community, and introspection. Take the time to step out of your daily life and into a world of beauty, peace and freedom.  A bird chirping, the babble of a meandering stream, the majesty of a towering peak will speak to your inner self, renewing your spirit and giving you wisdom. Take the time listen.

Our partial and full day retreats combine elements of nature, mind/body therapies, solitude, community, and artistic expression.
