Take an inward journey in the great outdoors
Join us for the 6th Annual Free Yoga in the Park – No experience required– best part, it’s all FREE! No donations, no requests, no solicitations. We believe yoga is a sacred practice into self. It’s a time to honor an inward journey without the chaos and interruptions of daily living.
NamasteWorks Yoga has stated that this year’s theme is Maitri – a Sanskrit word that means an unconditional friendship and love of oneself. It’s easy to forget that self love and friendship is our starting point to exploring and expanding ourselves out into the world.
This program blends yoga, breath work, mudras, mediation, nature and community with the ultimate intention of bringing health and wellness to local residents, creating a happier you and community for all. Last year, over 5,000 participants were inspired to roll out their mat and join in the weekly community event.
