Jenny Clark
200 RYT®
200 PYT® – Professional Yoga Therapist
In her early twenties Jenny became deeply rooted in the practice of Yoga. After practicing yoga for 18 years she decided she wanted to share the beautiful gift of health yoga had always given her with others. She completed her 200 hour yoga training with Inner Connections Yoga in Castle Rock, Colorado. She has taught yoga to a diverse population for six years as a RYT, teaching at studios, gyms, Free Yoga in the Park in Highlands Ranch, and throughout south Denver. Jenny decided she wanted to deepen her knowledge of Yoga’s ability to heal the body and took Joseph and Lillian Le Page’s 200 hour Yoga Therapy Training from her dear friend and Mentor Nancy Levenson 1,000 PYT, at her center NamasteWorks Yoga + Wellness.
Jenny’s yoga is very unique to her personal style and experiences: she holds many other certifications in massage and alternative healing in addition to her yoga certifications. She was also raised in an environment with siblings with rare diseases and learned early the power we have over our own bodies. She feels her whole life has been dedicated to working with people both in the alternative health industry and in the business world working in management for over 20 years. She is passionate in her desire to inspire others to see their own magnificence and internal abilities to heal. She designs her yoga classes to create a positive message of healing in every class. Sue Khodarahmi
200 RYT®
Sue Khodarahmi has been practicing yoga since 1993, when a friend recommended she try it to relieve her back pain. Sue recognized almost immediately that yoga offered a profound sense of physical, as well as mental and spiritual, wellbeing, and began exploring a variety of styles of yoga, from Kundalini to Bikram. In 2009, she returned to the classical style of hatha yoga that first inspired her, and received her teaching certification from the Shambhava School of Yoga. Shambhava Yoga draws from the rich tapestry of yogic teachings to explain how to use the circumstances of our own lives to grow consciously, and features breath-focused hatha yoga to help us relax, open and align with the more subtle flow of energy.
Sue is especially interested in helping people of all ages build and restore strength and endurance through yoga, and hopes her classes not only inspire students to regularly practice yoga, but also to explore other activities that they may not have had the confidence to try before. (Sue freely admits that she took up snowboarding at age 40, even having never skied before.) Her classes are energetic and fun, with an emphasis on core and upper-body strength and flexibility.
Sue has also volunteered her time as part of her annual act of Seva to Free Yoga in the Park – Highlands Ranch for the past two years

Each summer she volunteer instructs at Yoga in the Park and serves clients in her customized migraine headache program “Making Peace with Migraine Headaches.”
Renee is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and is registered with Yoga Alliance.
